The 100% Casein Advanced (1,8 kg) is a qualitative casein than most of the traditional caseins, thanks to a mix of the best sources (Caseinate, Micellar and Concentrate) which allows 8 hours of protein diffusion for the muscles and thus supports the muscular growth.
A slow assimilation protein intake, before bedtime, helps reduce nocturnal muscle catabolism. Indeed, during long periods without protein intake, at night for example, the body has to draw amino acids from the muscles, and therefore destroy muscle fibers.
The proteins selected by our team of experts are a perfect combination of calcium caseinate from pasteurized milk and micellar casein whose cold extraction technique better preserves its properties.The 100% Casein Advanced (1.8 kg) isrich in glutamine, its intake is preferred in the evening to accentuate its anti-cataboliceffect and maintain muscle mass, especially in the phase of drying or caloric restriction.
It is a casein of very high quality for greater efficiency that is suitable for all objectives, dryness, muscle gain or muscle maintenance with a minimum of 2.4 g of carbohydrates and very little sugar 1.5 g per dose.
