For delivery in France :
DPD France shipping method
DPD Predict 24h-48h*
Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) PREDICT in 24H-48H* (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc...). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only).
Predict DPD is the interactive, carefree appointment-based delivery solution! All you have to do is choose the day and time slot (calculated on the basis of deliveries made in your area) that suits you best from a list of choices proposed by DPD.
- When you place your order on the site, to benefit from the Predict service, enter your cell phone number in the field provided.
- Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will send you an SMS with delivery dates and times (mainly mornings).
- Answer (before 11pm) "1" or "2" by SMS according to your availability (price of a standard SMS) or on www.destinataires.dpd.fr or by phone on 09 70 80 85 66 (no surcharge) for more choice. IMPORTANT: the reply to the SMS will not be validated if you add an extra note (e.g.: leave to janitor, no doorbell...).
- If you don't reply to the SMS, the delivery driver will automatically show up at the time slot selected in SMS N°1.
- On the day of the scheduled delivery, you'll receive an SMS reminding you of the delivery slot.
- Make sure you are present at the time of delivery, as delivery personnel do not leave parcels in letterboxes (against signature).
- If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox, and you can rearrange your delivery directly on the www.destinataires.dpd.fr website using your delivery notice number, or by calling 09 70 80 85 66 (toll-free) for more choice.
DPD home delivery charges:
- 8.90€ for all orders in metropolitan France. (excluding Corsica)
(*) DPD does not deliver at weekends. Orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
DPD Point Relais 24H-48H*
Delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica) to one of 5,000 local shops within 24-48 hours (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc....).
Have your order delivered to one of the 5,000 local stores available throughout France. You're free to choose the store that suits you best: near your home or work, and pick up your parcel 7/7 days a week. As soon as your parcel is delivered to the DPD relais location of your choice, you'll be automatically notified by e-mail (check your spam folder) or SMS. If you can't collect it the same day, don't worry, your parcel is still available 7 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).
DPD relais guarantees quality delivery with :
- Delivery anywhere in mainland France within 24/48 hours (average delivery time, no weekend deliveries)
- A choice of over 5,000 carefully selected stores throughout mainland France (location, storage capacity, opening hours, etc.)
- Detailed tracking of your parcel available 24/7 at www.dpd.fr
- An alert (email then SMS) as soon as your parcel arrives in your DPD relais space (check your junk mail)

- 4.90€ for all orders under 60€ in metropolitan France. (excluding Corsica)
- Free for orders over €60 in metropolitan France. (Excluding Corsica)

Chronopost delivery method
Chronopost 24h
For all orders placed on the Superset Nutrition website before 3.45pm Monday to Thursday, delivery takes place the next morning before 1pm anywhere in France (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
All deliveries are made by hand against signature from Monday to Friday.
Please note: Orders dispatched on Fridays will automatically be delivered on the following Monday.
The morning of delivery: Chronopost® will send you an SMS or e-mail with the time slot (1 hour) for the delivery driver to arrive. If you can't be there: you must go to the website before midnight to request delivery in one of the Points Relais® or post offices in your area, or to postpone delivery by up to 7 days. If you are absent, the parcel will be left at the post office closest to the delivery address, or at a relay point if it is closer than the post office, or at the Chronopost agency if the post office is closed. A delivery notice will be left in your letterbox with the address, and an SMS will be sent to you as soon as you can collect your parcel. If your parcel is made available at a local post office, it will be available for :
- 14 days at Chronopost post offices and agencies
- 8 days in a Pickup relay
- 3 days at a Pickup station.

For delivery in Belgium

SO COLISSIMO home delivery 48-72h
Deliveries are made by La Poste, in "Colissimo, delivered without signature". Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to your letterbox within 48-72 hours (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc.). If your letterbox isn't big enough and you're not at home, a new delivery can be made the next day, or a notice of delivery will be left. You can then collect your parcel from the nearest post office within 10 days. Follow the progress of your parcel at any time on www.colissimo.fr or www.bpost.be

Note that La Poste also delivers on Saturdays!
SO COLISSIMO in a relay point 48-72H
You have the option of choosing a point relais for delivery in Belgium. You can then collect your parcel with your ID during opening hours. Transport times are 24/48h working days (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc.). If you have not collected your parcel within 10 days, it will be returned to us, and we will ask you to pay a fee for reshipment. Delivery times are 24/48h working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will send you an e-mail containing your parcel number, a summary of your delivery details and a link to track your parcel.
Please note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (working days only) with no time slots. Please make sure you are present for delivery, as parcels are delivered against signature.

For deliveries outside mainland France, we only use the So Colissimo Mon Domicile offer, which allows you to have your order delivered to any country served by La Poste. The usual delivery time is 48-72 hours for neighbouring countries, and usually 5 to 8 working days for French overseas departments and territories, and non-neighbouring countries (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
So Colissimo International delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the parcel.
Other deliveries
For dematerialized products such as companion plans, delivery will be by e-mail. You will need to fill in your e-mail address beforehand in order to receive your plans by e-mail.

The customer is obliged to express any reservations concerning damage due to transport, non-conforming delivery or apparent defects on the delivery note, as soon as the parcel is handed over. The customer must also confirm these reservations to the seller within 48 hours, failing which no claim will be accepted on these grounds.
In the event of return to sender for reasons of NPAI (does not live at the address indicated) or other impossibility of delivery by the transport service, a contribution towards transport costs will be requested to redirect the parcel.
The customer's right of withdrawal is valid within 14 days of receipt of the order. In the event of an exchange or refund, the new or unused item(s) in its (their) original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation, must be returned to the following address:

FITCORP reserves the right to determine in good faith whether all these conditions have been met. The costs and risks involved in returning a product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are due within a maximum of 15 days, except in exceptional cases.
Receipt of defective items
For any item received as defective, a mandatory return will be requested in order to be able to proceed with an exchange. The cost of returning the defective product and re-shipment will be borne by Superset Nutrition.
